Threehouse is one of our best-sellers. Since it's brand-new remodeling in early December 2023, it has been occuppied non-stop! The reason? Threehouse offers a unique canopy view in the mist of the Costa Rican dry forest. With its capacity to host up to 16 guests, Threehouse offers 4 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which have full floor-to-ceiling height windows, creating the sensation that your daily cleansing routing occurs where the forest meets the sky. It also provides an amazing fun bunk-bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fun surf-inspired decoration. 

Social areas are gracefully distributed on both levels, having the kitchen, living room and dining area on the first floor. On the lower floor, next to the pool and deck, a game room and open cinema area provide the perfect scenario for fun family nights. An extra room with one queen bed is allocated in this floor as well, very convenient for more family members or extra personnele such as nannies.
